I have been in education most of my hairdressing career, starting as an in-salon trainer, then working for two of the leading brands before moving on to being an Independent Educator.
My education helps hairdressers gain confidence in the new era of modern colouring techniques like Balayage and Colour Melting.
Based in my studio in Essex, for my Masterclasses, I also have lots of online education.
My passion is all things colour (particularly blondes) and I also enjoy sharing my knowledge of growing two successful businesses.

Here are a few answers to our most common questions
When does the course start?
You can start as soon as you buy! After you watch the tutorial and implement the technique there is a form for you to submit your work for feedback. There are 5 assessments in total which you have 90 days to submit.
How do I get a certificate?
After you have submitted all assessments you will be emailed your certificate. It's A4 and can be printed onto high quality card.
Is there any support?
This is a pre recorded course so there is no live support. You can of course submit your assessments for feedback from Emma.
What if I don't do the assessments?
There is no pressure to do the assessments, you can invest in the course just to upskill. However, you won't get the certificate.
What if I don’t use the same brands as you?
The course is brand neutral and independent, the focus is on technique so you would need to work with clay bleach and the recommended tools.
I found Emma through another hairdresser,
I had been on maternity leave and felt like suddenly my colouring had become dated and I didn’t have much confidence.
