From training within salons to educating for leading professional brands, and now through my own education business, my passion has always been the same: helping hairdressers become more confident behind the chair.

When does the mentorship start?
The programme begins in September, with your first module released on Sunday 6th September. A new module will be released each week, alongside live group coaching calls and support inside our community.
There are three live coaching calls, which take place on:

✨ Sunday 11th October at 8pm
✨ One live Grey Blending masterclass, which will be held in the evening (date and time to be confirmed).
You'll have 80 days of mentorship and lifetime access to all of the training modules, so you can revisit them whenever you need.
Is this suitable if I've been hairdressing for years?
Absolutely.
In fact, Emma's Blonding Essentials – The Mentorship has been designed specifically for experienced hairdressers.
If you already create good blondes but know you're capable of more, this is for you. We'll refine your techniques, challenge old habits and help you create more intentional, modern results.

Can I spread the cost?
Yes.
You have access to a Pay in 4 payment plan.
I don’t use the same brands as you. Does that matter?
Not at all.
Although I use specific professional brands in my own salon, the techniques and principles I teach can be applied using any professional colour range.
I'll always explain why I'm choosing a particular product and, where possible, suggest alternatives, so you can confidently adapt the training to the products you already use.
How much time do I need each week?
The training is designed to fit around your salon life.
All of the modules are pre-recorded, so you can watch them whenever it suits you. The live coaching calls are there to support your learning, but you'll always have lifetime access to the training if you need to catch up. Each module is around 1 hour.
Will we cover pricing and attracting better clients?
Yes.
One of the biggest additions to Emma's Blonding Essentials is the business mentoring.
We'll work on pricing, consultations, messaging and positioning, helping you communicate your value with confidence, attract clients who genuinely value your expertise and build a business that reflects the quality of your work.
What happens if I choose the VIP Mentorship?
The VIP Mentorship includes everything inside Emma's Blonding Essentials, plus a full day of personalised 1:1 mentoring with me in my studio in Essex (CM8 3EN).
This day is completely tailored to you and your goals. Whether you want to refine your blonding techniques, improve your consultations, work on pricing, content creation, client experience or your overall business strategy, we'll spend the day focusing on what will make the biggest difference to you and your business.
Your VIP Day will take place on a Monday and can be booked between September and November 2026, or January 2027, giving you plenty of flexibility to choose a date that works around your salon diary.
Once you've secured your VIP place, I'll be in touch to arrange your mentoring day.
